Liberty City for V

Had the largest scope of any project in the scene. Worked on for years. Ported GTA IV's Liberty City into V. Even unfinished, it helped raise the bar for what custom maps could look like. See the Liberty City mod page for details.

Vice City Remastered

Downloads aren't how we rank our lists. The maps that made our lists are the ones that inspired other modders, got there first, created a subgenre, or are still going strong as long-running community projects.
