Tolls are a thing in real Florida. GTA titles haven't historically implemented tolls. Whether GTA 6 will buck this trend remains to be seen.
What real Florida has
Florida's Turnpike. SunPass-coded tolling system. Long-distance tolls. Most major highways in Florida have some tolled sections.
Unlikely to happen in GTA 6: it's friction for friction's sake with little gameplay benefit. Could be used as background detail.
