The locations where protagonists were filmed in trailers tend to map to the locations where they spend the majority of story time.

Lucia

Locations: prison, beach scenes, home interiors, inside cars. The range across the city is wide.

Implies Lucia has an arc covering most of the city; she's not a localised character.

Jason

Appears in: driving scenes, maybe on the strip, maybe inside mansion interiors. Has less screen time than Lucia in Trailer 2.

Implies more of a partner figure than a co-lead in marketing speak.
