Ocean Drive (actual) → the art deco strip (Vice City). Brickell → downtown Vice City. Wynwood → the graffiti-covered neighbourhood. Coconut Grove → upper-class residential area. Little Havana → the Latin-coded area of Vice City.
All subjective, of course. Rockstar invents its own names; the architectural inspirations are apparent.
