Vice City obviously has yachts. Yachts come with yacht clubs. Trailer footage suggests at least one, probably more. Editorial-tier rather than common-tier coverage.

What's visible

Rows of large yachts moored together. Clubhouse-coded buildings nearby. Private piers in front of homes. The coding is money - GTA V's Vespucci had something similar.

What yacht clubs are likely to do

Story-related content. Heists. Photo locations. Possibly yacht properties you can buy (one was available in GTA Online).
