The Vice City airport

The major airport - Miami International analogue. Covered on the Vice City airport page. Multi-runway, terminal-and-aprons, plausibly the launch point for the bigger aircraft.

Smaller regional airports

Plausible. Florida has multiple regional airports; Leonida likely does too. None confirmed in trailer material at the time of writing.

Smaller airports would probably hold smaller aircraft - private planes, helicopters - and might be tied to side content like air races or smuggling.
