What Leonida brings that Blaine didn't
Water. Wetlands instead of desert means an entirely different set of traversal verbs. Tropical atmosphere. Bugs-and-humidity styling instead of dust and heat.
Higher visible population density throughout rural regions. The real-life Florida countryside contains more people than rural California does, and Leonida reflects that.
What Blaine had that Leonida won't
Mountains. Mt Chiliad's mystery and extended elevation gameplay. Open desert. That vacant wasteland feeling that suited Trevor so well.
They're not replaceable - they're regional variants. Leonida will offer a different countryside experience, not a successor.
